My self Mangesh Macchindranath Pashankar and currently I am working at Balmoral Arms in Ballater is a traditional Scottish inn with royal connections. The inn continues the tradition of attracting visitors to Royal Deeside in Aberdeenshire, a tradition that has existed since Victorian times. 1852 marks the year that Balmoral Castle was purchased by Prince Albert for Queen Victoria. Our classic Scottish brasserie and grill provides a true taste of Royal Deeside.My passion is to innovate fusion food and I believe in serving Indian food with modern touch and techniques. I have knowledge of Indian, Italian, french,Europian cuisine but my forte is giving any food with unique combinations and modern touch with fine techniques. My passion in culinary is key strength and I am leader who believe in meeting deadlines that's inspire my team with hand on approach.
